What does 30/1 and 18/1 mean?

30/1 and 18/1 refer to the gauge of the garment thread and the number of stitches per inch. An 18/1 T-shirt is a standard T-shirt. A 30/1 garment is constructed from finer thread with more stitches per inch. This results in a softer and thinner garment with a more fitted cut than the 18/1.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours. Our hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time from Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed during the 5 major US holidays.

Retail orders typically ship within 7 business days from the day they are received.

In-Transit times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method.

What if an item is out of stock?

We will e-mail you to see if you wish to substitute a different size or style. Please make sure you add info@impactmerch.com to your e-mail safe-list so you do not miss out on important information regarding your order.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our secure website. PayPal payments are accepted, but require further contact to our customer service department at info@impactmerch.com.

Your billing/shipping addresses must match your credit card information. If we cannot confirm a matching address, you will be contacted for clarification. Your order may be cancelled if we cannot resolve this issue.

When am I charged for my order?

Your card is authorized at the time of your order, but you are not charged until your order ships. If your order needs to be canceled for any reason, we will not claim the authorized funds.
Please note: Our company has no authority to change a “pending” status in your bank account. Your bank will remove the “pending” status for those funds in a time period dependent on their internal policies. If your card-holding bank does not release the funds in a reasonable amount of time, please contact your card-holding bank directly.

What is your return policy?


If a defect is found on your item, customers should contact us at info@impactmerch.com within 14 days from receipt.  Please include details of the defect and include images if possible. Once we receive all required information, we will be in touch with how to proceed on a refund or replacement.

Any issues brought to our attention past the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund or return/exchange.


If not satisfied with your item, customers should contact us at info@impactmerch.com within 14 days from receipt. We can discuss returning your item or exchanging it for a different size.

Customers are responsible for return postage, as well as the cost to reship an exchanged item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that returned merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept for return any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

International Customers

Due to high shipping costs, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your product arrived damaged, or there was an error with your order, please contact us at info@impactmerch.com.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we do.

However, due to certain licensor restrictions, and an unfortunately high rate of fraud, we cannot ship international orders fitting certain profiles.

Orders from the following countries may be cancelled due to these policies:

Please note the following when placing an international order:

· We are unable to ship Marvel and Disney merchandise outside the United States.

· Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by Customs once the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes are your responsibility. Each country has different laws regarding the amount of taxes that you must pay to receive your order. (If you have questions about your country’s import regulations, please contact your local Customs office).

· We cannot declare a package as “gift” on customs forms.
